The payment options are Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Klarna.
2I have placed an order. What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00 will be shipped that day. Deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered to your home within 1-3 working days.
3Will I receive an order confirmation and track&trace code?
After your order you will receive an email with the order confirmation. We immediately process your order and as soon as we have sent the package, you will receive an email with the track & trace code to track your shipment.
Shipment
1My shipment has not been delivered, what should I do?
If your order has not been delivered within our standard delivery times, we ask you to keep an eye on the track and trace. If there is still no delivery after 1-2 days, we ask you to contact us via:

2What should I do if I have received a wrong item?
If you have received a wrong item from us, we apologize first of all for this misunderstanding. If this happens rarely, please contact us with our customer service with the following dates to hand.

3What kind of emails will I receive about my order?
You will normally receive the following emails regarding your order:

Returns
1What is your return policy?
From the day after the order, you have 14 days to return items. The return items must be in new condition with the labels still attached. As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process it. This can take up to 10 working days. 2Is returning my return free of charge?
Returning orders within the Netherlands is free. For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are not reimbursed.
3What should I do if my item is delivered damaged?
First of all, we apologize that your package was delivered damaged. Should this nevertheless occur, we ask you to contact us via the contact form or send an e-mail to:vraag@faisclo.nl.
